Sarah Van Bentum launched The Counselling Hub in January 2016 motivated by the desire to provide quality counselling for individuals and couples who have become stuck. The Counselling Hub offers a safe and confidential therapeutic space where clients can activate life change through growth, awareness and acceptance. Sarah has a Masters Degree in Counselling, a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education (Humanities), is an accredited Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. In her work as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer, Sarah draws from a dynamic tool kit of personal life experience, formal training and on the job practice. She works from a solutions and family systems orientation, believing that small changes can be transformational
